Results of 2025 ICMH Leadership Elections

The International Commission of Military History (ICMH) holds leadership elections, to maintain continuity while providing opportunities to improve the Commission’s effectiveness and efficiency, every five years. The 2025 ICMH leadership elections were conducted on 5 September 2025 after the General Assembly during the 50th ICMH Congress, held in Dakar, Senegal.

At the first Full Board meeting, to be scheduled after the completion of the Election Committee’s official report, the President will nominate two members of the Full Board to serve as Vice Presidents, subject to Full Board ratification.
